Scott, I remember the first time I'd ever painted plein air and it was because you'd shared the outing was going to be at Mary Erickson's and I packed up and joined you and the group. Was wonderful. The next opportunity I could seize was in Gaston County at the South Fork River. Had no idea what was in store. The third time was at Freedom Park in Charlotte!
