Desert!! Bet you had to use a whole different pallette.I have seen some really great paintings of Death Valley. I do like my 72 shades of green though.

I think your paintings would work well there. Sorry to be so bold and abrupt but in the middle of a family emergency. Will post pictures on the blog when i have some time of the paint out in Monterey..How do you plein air with 700 artists!!!
