DESCRIPTION:All Artists must check in on May 19th, the day of the Pain
 t Out between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Your painting materials will be valida
 ted and fee paid.  You may use any painting or drawing medium or proce
 ss.  Once your materials are validated, you may venture to the locatio
 n you wish to capture through your painting or drawing. Feel free to c
 ome to Burnsville before this date to select the “scene” in and ar
 ound Burnsville you want to capture, take photos and prepare prelimina
 ry and practice sketches. [Photos and preliminary sketches are to be u
 sed as reference only, not submitted for jurying.]  Registation Form  
 Completed, titled and priced artwork is to be submitted at the TRAC GA
 llery no later than 5:00 p.m. the day of the Paint-Out. Only validated
  artwork will be accepted for judging. Artists are responsible for sel
 ecting a title and pricing their artwork, allowing for a 40% sales com
 mission to TRAC. All sales will be conducted through TRAC. You are res
 ponsible for picking up your art work, if unsold, at TRAC, 102 West Ma
